What we introduce
- Bridging loans: Fast, short-term finance secured on property, repaid when you sell or refinance.
- Development finance: Finance for buying a site and paying for the build, released in stages as the work progresses.
- Buy-to-let mortgages: Longer-term mortgages for property you let out, from a single flat to a whole portfolio.
Why local knowledge helps
Lenders treat the same kind of property differently depending on where it is: some cap loans on city-centre new-build flats, some won’t lend in parts of a town, and HMO licensing and Article 4 rules vary between councils. Knowing which lenders are comfortable with a particular street, town or property type saves you time and failed applications.
Your property may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on a loan secured on it. Midbridge Finance is an introducer: we don’t lend or give advice.
Questions
Common questions
Do you only work in the North West?
No. We are based in the North West and know it best, but the brokers and lenders we work with lend across England and Wales, and we can introduce you wherever your property is.
Can we meet in person?
Often, yes, for clients in the North West. Most introductions are done by phone and email, which keeps things quick.
What kinds of North West deals do you see?
Auction purchases, refurbishments and HMO conversions, city-centre flats in Manchester and Liverpool, small ground-up schemes, and landlords refinancing or growing portfolios.
Tell us about the gap you need to close
Run your figures, then send them to us in a two-minute form. We aim to come back to you within one working day with who we think should fund it and why. Our introduction is free to you; we may be paid a fee by the broker or lender, and we’ll tell you if so.
